    • By making a donation, you acknowledge and agree that all donations are final and non-refundable.
    2. Delivery Time
    • Points are typically delivered automatically by our system. In the event of a failure, we guarantee delivery within a maximum of 24 hours.
    3. Security
    • We are not responsible for the security of your account, characters, items, or unauthorized third-party access. It is solely your responsibility to safeguard your account.
    4. Compliance with Server Rules
    • Any violation to our server rules may result in penalties, including account suspension, without entitlement to a refund.
    5. Adjustment and Game Changes
    • Game mechanics, items, and store content may be adjusted for balance purposes. We are not responsible for any changes in value or usability of purchased in-game items or goods obtained through donations.
    g) Agreement
    • By proceeding with a donation, you fully acknowledge that your contribution is voluntary and not a purchase. As a token of appreciation, we provide a proportional amount of in-game coins as a bonus.
