  • To buy a house you need two things: Premium and money to cover your winning bid in your bank balance.

  • Rent is paid weekly.

  • To sell your house both buyer and seller need to face the door. The seller simply writes !sellhouse playername and a trade window will appear.

  • To leave your house you can simply write !leavehouse

  • For more information regarding rent, size, location and availability you can find it when you select the house here.

  • A house can either be purchased through the website or from another player..

The houses can be bought in the auction system on the website.


you can leave your house using the

!leavehouse command.

All items remaining in your house are transferred to your inbox wether its overdue rent,
you forfeit or sell the house to another player.
