Market is basically a trading service that exists in depot where you can place your offer without the need to meet either buyer or seller.

Are there any requirements to use the market?

Yes, the market works as following.

Anyone can buy items from the market.

Only premium players can sell items on the market.

There is a 1% fee to post your offer for sale.

The limit of the fee is 100K

You will be able to sell basically almost everything on the market with the exception of runes and that is intentional to not entirely kill personal trading.
